Job Description
Join Meta's AI Research (FAIR) team as a Research Scientist focused on Generative AI. You will push the boundaries of AI research, developing innovative models and techniques for creating novel content, understanding complex data, and enabling new forms of human-computer interaction. This role offers the chance to contribute to groundbreaking research that can shape the future of AI and its applications across Meta's platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art generative models, including large language models, diffusion models, and other advanced architectures.
* Conduct fundamental research in areas such as controllable generation, few-shot learning, multimodal AI, and AI safety.
* Publish research findings in top-tier AI conferences and journals.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate research prototypes into production systems.
* Mentor junior researchers and interns.
**Qualifications:**
* PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Strong publication record in AI/ML conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ACL).
* Deep understanding of deep learning principles and generative modeling techniques.
* Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch preferred).
* Experience with large-scale model training and distributed computing.
