Research Scientist, Large Language Models

Meta AI is seeking passionate Research Scientists to push the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs). You will contribute to cutting-edge research and development of next-generation LLMs, focusing on areas such as model architecture, training efficiency, emergent capabilities, and novel applications. Responsibilities: - Conduct original research in LLMs, leading to publications in top-tier AI conferences and journals. - Design, implement, and evaluate novel LLM architectures and training methodologies. - Collaborate with engineers to translate research prototypes into production-ready systems. - Explore new applications and use cases for LLMs across various domains. Qualifications: - PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. - Strong publication record in top AI/ML venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, EMNLP, etc.). - Expertise in deep learning, natural language processing, and large-scale model training. - Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch).
